You send us a visualization in any form — a sketch, a photo from the internet or catalog, a physical sample of the product, a hand-drawn sketch, or even a verbal description along with your preferences. Additionally, it’s important to specify the size of the item or ring finger size, dimensions of the stones, and preferred weight of the item
We draft a technical specification and estimate
50% deposit is required at this stage
Designing the overall shape of the product involves creating a frame without stones. This helps us ensure we are moving in the right direction or identify any necessary adjustments. It allows us to estimate the approximate weight of the product and streamline the design process
Preliminary approval
Final design and approval — at this stage, we provide the product with gemstones or decorative elements. For approval, we attach 2D and 3D visualizations with detailed descriptions of technical specifications — stone sizes, ring finger size, thickness, height, and weight in 585/750 hallmark
Preparation for milling – at this stage, the product undergoes quality control based on established standards developed from our 7 years of experience
Milling and wax quality check – we inspect the wax surface for any imperfections
Provided the steps above are successfully completed, we proceed to send the product to you or for casting
We proceed with casting the master model based on the approved wax model provided by you
Quality control involves checking for any casting imperfections in the final product
all you need to do is polish and grind the product, which will take half the usual time due to the high quality of our work
